Route Shipping Protection


Glitter Delight LLC now offers Route Shipping Protection for your orders.  Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover.

By selecting Route at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

All Shipping Claims for LOST, DAMAGED, or STOLEN PACKAGES are processed solely through Route.

 

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please Note: USPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. 
  • We now offer $9 Flat Rate Shipping. Shipping methods will be:
    • USPS Parcel Select Ground 2-8 Business days
    • USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Business days
  •  We will now offer USPS Parcel Select Ground 2-8 business days from ship date. This is a cheaper but slower shipping method for bigger packages shipping time. USPS Parcel Ground IS NOT ISSURED and we recommend purchasing the ROUTE insurance to cover any Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages. Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements from Glitter Delight LLC.
  • First class packages are not insured so unfortunately there is nothing we can do and will not be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.
  • Priority mail packages are insured so if you receive a package damaged please provide us with multiple pictures or your package and order number within 48 hours of receiving your package. Send information to kraftingdelight@gmail.com
  • Please double check shipping address to make sure you receive it on time. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to a incorrect address. Customer will be required to pay to have it reshipped.
  • We do not offer add on's. Unfortunately this takes a lot of time. If we do happen to catch it we will put them together and refund shipping if needed. Thank you!
